Revision. I feel that Robin Hill has serious problems and to extend specials to first time tenants only is wrong in my opinion. I do want to say that the management was more cooperative recently and that if I were doing it all again, I would communicate better and hope that they would be more responsive. The rent is good if you only stay one year and the square footage is good for the price. So, don't avoid at all costs, just rent with your eyes open!!!!!!!

DO NOT RENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Robin Hill Apartments at NE85th Street are trashy, poorly managed and poorly maintained. They also offer great incentives to new renters that they do not extend if you want to renew. Hince, the turnover is huge. I signed for 14 months to get $525 a month for 10 months on a large 2br 2 full bath apartment. The last 4 months $625. When I called about resigning they said $635 a month for the full term. I took they didn't want me to stay. The maintenance guy said he would fix a water damaged cabinet floor under the sink. That was the week I moved in 13 months later he's never done the job. Instead of putting big trash in the dumpster the night before pick up. They put it in after pickup so its full with 4 days until the next pickup. The siding on the buildings are at least 2 if not 3 or 4 colors. Thhe manager Jennifer is sullen and unhelpful. Stay away at all costs.
