After placing my order I pulled forward to the window to pay for my food. After which I recalled that my pregnant wife enjoys the cherry pies and asked to order one there at the window, even offering to come inside for it if need be. The woman at the window was pleasant, polite and courteous. Gavin, however came over, overpowering this woman's role and seemed unsettled that I had added a pie. They ran my card and charged me for the pie, then grabbed a pie and proceeded to act as though he placed it in the bag of my order. It was not until I had gotten home that I realized he never placed it in the bag and that he had kept it instead.
